Athlete Training and Development

Overview:

At Stand Strong Training Center, our goal is to help our athletes achieve excellence through a systematic training approach that enhances both mental and physical performance. Our training staff is committed to helping athletes develop solid fundamentals, core strength and stability, and consistent habits to help them pursue their athletic potential. 

Our student athlete training programs increase speed, agility, power, strength, and overall athletic ability. We strive to create well-rounded athletes who can thrive in all sports they compete in while also staying healthy both in and off season.

Class Options:

Student Athlete Training classes are for student athletes ages 12+. These are 1-hour small group classes with each student athlete receiving an individualized fitness program supervised and coached by a trainer.

Pricing Options:

We offer flexible pricing options to best accommodate the busy athlete’s schedule.  You can purchase a class pack as outlined below.  Athletes can also opt for our semi-private and personal training options, as well.
