Lindsay is a mindset expert and nutrition coach with over 12 years of coaching her clients to achieve their desired results. She has dual master’s degrees in counseling psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, is a certified PCC through the International Coach Federation, and holds dual nutrition certifications from the American Council on Exercise and Precision Nutrition.
