WHEN: June 21-July 30, 12:00-1:30pm M/W/F, 12-1:00pm T/Th.

30 Intensive Small-Group Training Sessions
for only $589

6 Weeks of Intensive Student Athlete Training

High school student athletes will train 5 days per week, in a small group setting for 6 weeks.

Custom Programming for Each Individual

Our small group enables us to give unique 1:1 attention in a group setting, with custom training programs tailored to each athlete’s sport and personal goals.

Strength & Condition PLUS Speed & Agility

Get everything you need in one training program!  We’ll train 3 days per week on strength & conditioning (M/W/F), and balance it out with carefully planned speed & agility days twice per week (T/Th).

We’ll also incorporate Power Yoga (back by popular demand!) and NEW Animal Flow programming for boosted flexibility and mobility.

BONUS Mindset Focus

Sports performance, resilience, and focus is more than just physical – it’s mental, too!  We’ll be incorporating bonus mindset-focused content for student athletes to learn and apply during their training.
