What You Get

Group Fitness: Our Stand Strong members and class-pack holders get access to our three group fitness class options: FIT, LIFT, and YOGA. Our trainers develop state-of-the-art classes and walk you through every step, so you know you’re getting an effective workout every single time. Members also get a variety of other amazing benefits such as nutrition guidance and support, goal setting assistance, and access to our one-of-a-kind in-house fitness and wellness challenges!

Personal Training: We offer one-on-one personal training for clients who want more individualized attention. Contact Us to schedule a free consultation where we will discuss your personal goals, review your health history, and understand any injuries or physical constraints, so we can customize a program to best fit your needs.

 

FIT

If you want to lose fat, build and tone muscle, and feel better overall, this bootcamp-style class is for you!

Our signature Stand Strong FIT classes are centered around a total-body approach, combining resistance training and circuits to build functional strength, improve endurance, and burn calories.  We’ll have fun with kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, battle ropes, boxing moves, and TRX, just to name a few!

No two classes are ever the same, so you’ll always be moving and never be bored!

We pride ourselves on our ability to modify exercises to suit all fitness levels, and always have trainers on hand to support you and answer any questions. Just come to a class and we’ll get you started!

FIT Prerequisites: FIT programs are family-friendly and appropriate for ages 12 years and up.

LIFT

Stand Strong LIFT focuses on three primary lifts: Squat, Bench, and Deadlift. We provide a workout that targets one of the main lifts, followed by accessory movements to ensure a well-balanced workout. Skip the crowded big box gyms, reserve a rack to lift, and go at your own pace.

Some members only LIFT, while others like to mix it up between all three class options. LIFT is a muscle-building and muscle-maintaining option for many of our clients looking to stay strong for LIFE!

LIFT Prerequisites: In order to participate in LIFT, clients must:

1. be at least 18 years of age or older and

2. attend a brief orientation class and/or be cleared by a Stand Strong Trainer.

Beginners welcomed and encouraged! At orientation, clients will learn proper form and technique for each lift, as well as general lifting safety principles.  If you’re interested in getting started with an orientation, please email info@standstrongtc.com to schedule or come see us!

YOGA

Our 60-minute Stand Strong POWER YOGA classes are a vinyasa flow style grounded in Baptiste Yoga methodology.  We’ll breathe, move, and flow through poses to help you build functional strength and flexibility, and also boost your mindfulness and relieve stress.

We want to make the power of yoga accessible to everyone.  We work hard but don’t take ourselves too seriously!  Every pose looks different on every body, and there are always options to modify, so come see what yoga can do for you.

Our classes are non-heated, but we’ll still be sure to work up a sweat!

YOGA Prerequisites: YOGA classes are appropriate for all ages and activity levels, provided you are cleared to exercise by a physician.  Please let us know ahead of time if you have any restrictions or limitations.

Please bring your own yoga mat.
