Group Training Class Schedule

Below are brief descriptions and the schedule for our Adult Group Fitness Classes. Choose the day you’d like to attend and then scroll down until you see a “Book Now” button.

FIT Class

FIT Class

Our signature Functional Fitness workout led by your favorite trainers! Daily class focus includes full body, lower body, upper body, or cardio-core. Check our social media (@StandStrongTC) every Sunday for the “Group Fitness Focus for the Week” schedule.

LIFT Class

LIFT Class

Our LIFT class allows you to book your spot in a rack and follow our expertly-designed barbell-based training programs that include squat, bench, and deadlift. These classes require a brief orientation before you can schedule.

YOGA Class

YOGA Class

Our YOGA classes are Power Vinyasa YOGA (based on Baron Baptiste’s Journey Into Power methodology). These classes are welcoming and suited for ALL yoga and fitness levels. HOT yoga is heated to ~90 degrees, and Power YOGA is warm but NOT hot.

*We also offer Restorative YOGA on the first and third Sunday of each month, but these are considered “specialty” classes and not included in Group Fitness purchase options. Drop-in and discounted Senior rates are available!
