Welcome to Stand Strong YOGA

Our YOGA classes are Power Vinyasa YOGA (based on Baron Baptiste’s Journey Into Power methodology). These classes are welcoming and suited for ALL yoga and fitness levels. HOT yoga is heated to ~90 degrees, and Power YOGA is warm but NOT hot.

*We also offer Restorative YOGA on the first and third Sunday of each month, but these are considered “specialty” classes and not included in Group Fitness purchase options or eligible for a the Free Class trial. Drop-in and discounted Senior rates are available!
